Hispanic Heritage Foundation • Fourth Annual Program
The National Football League and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) are proud to announce the fourth annual NFL Latino Youth Honors presented by Procter & Gamble, recognizing high school seniors of every background from across NFL club markets who not only excel on the field and in the classroom but also contribute to or engage meaningfully with Latino culture and community.
Building on the momentum from this year's success in the Bay Area, the program will return in its fourth year with an expanded footprint across the League calendar and debut at the '26 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh. On a greater stage, we look forward to providing this program with increased visibility and in partnership with an integral NFL tentpole event. This presents a unique opportunity to spotlight this year's nominees while marking the beginning of the NFL journey for the incoming rookie class.
The Houston Texans need YOUR help! We want to call on our community members to nominate two (2) Latino high school senior football players in the Class of 2027 (1 male and 1 female; flag or tackle) from the Greater Houston Area.
The full list of honorees will be recognized by the NFL and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, with a selection of eight finalists each receiving a grant award that can be used for college.
Additionally, the eight finalists will participate in a variety of special events taking place in Los Angeles during Super Bowl LXI Week. Activities will be designed to provide mentorship, guidance and resources to pursue careers in professional sports. During that week, a male and female national winner will be announced, with the recipients receiving an invitation to HHF's National Youth Awards ceremony later in 2027.
